If you always thought that being a poet is just at the back of your hand, you will have to change your mind. Writing articles, stories poems is not just about mugging up a whole paragraph and then penning it down, it takes a lot of effort and definitely the artistic nature of a person to write something that people would love to read.

When poems are concerned, we generally believe that it should rhyme! But then writing a poem and a rhyme is different. It’s true that most poems do rhyme, but there is a remarkable difference between nursery rhymes and poems, and so there is a Himalayan difference between the two writing forms as well.

Wiring anything, from articles, stories to poems takes a lot of effort than usual. Simply breaking paragraphs after paragraphs and lines after lines are not good enough. People who become master poets actually have the natural ability of penning down their thoughts, feelings and emotions in the way they have been doing. It comes to them naturally. However, with people like us, it is always the other way round.

Before you begin writing anything- whether it is articles, stories or poems, just remember that you cannot force yourself to write. You either got to have that natural ability in you to write something, or you must have the zeal in you to inculcate this ability to write substantial poetry.

There are various tips and techniques for writing articles, stories and poems. While article writing and story writing might come easily, not everyone can start writing a poem. Hence, if you have the passion for poetry, only then you should go for it, otherwise not.

Writing poetry gives an innate sense of happiness as well. A poetic mind is a thoughtful mind that thinks of multiple aspects at one point of time. There are many people who write poems but never want to publish it. In some cases they are not sure, and in some other cases they are not really happy about what they have written.

If you want to write poems and you have also scribbled a number of times in your life, you must try and exercise to develop the habit in you. Yes, poets are habituated to write poems and it is a positive addiction as well. So, there’s no harm in taking it up and giving yourself the correct boost.

Follow some of these Tips to come up with a Best Poem:

• Take the time to reflect on what you are writing about. Poetry also has some substance and that should sound spontaneous.

• Reflect on the format of the poem and formulate words and everything else that will support your poem.

• Observe the nature of poems that you like. Simply reading them is not good enough. Try to get the best idea from each and every poem that you read.

• As you finish a couple of lines, just come back and revise. This is an important step that you simply cannot miss out.

• Finally give a best suited title to your poem. Here, it is important to add that some people prefer to give a title at the beginning while some others prefer to give it at the end. The choice varies from one writer to another.
