Babies are bundles of joy to the new moms.  But at the same time they are perplexed with the tiny tot and are often confused as to what they need to do in a few situations.  So, parenting advice would definitely come in extremely handy as they will be better informed to tackle any kind of an unprecedented event.  If you are parenting for the first time, you are all the more apprehensive and unsure of how you should take care of your baby.  Regardless of the amount of reading you do regarding

parenting issues you become the doted parent as it is Nature’s own way of imparting education in parenting.
Have faith in yourself.  Have faith in whatever you are doing and do it as per the needs of your baby and the comfort it feels.  Diapers are one major concern.  Many people would suggest the cloth diapers over the regular diapers that are easily available in the market and are disposable too.  The former would make your baby uncomfortable during sleep.  So, take your own decision and do not go by the suggestions given by others.  You are the better judge to decide what is good for your baby.

Learn parenting gradually.  There may be a lot of literature regarding parenting and a lot of parenting advice meted out but eventually when you bring up your kids it boils down to you picking up health tips and suggestions from elders who have already experienced the state you are in or base your actions on observations. 

Focus equally on the baby and on yourself.   Generally it so happens that as you are new to parenting and are more concerned about your baby, you tend to neglect yourself a lot.  And this will definitely exhaust you.  Breast feeding though is very good for the babies, you need to consult your doctor to find out till what time it is ideal to breast feed the baby.  The nutritive values in the mother’s milk tend to diminish as the age of the baby advances.  You are deprived of your sleep too.  Parenting of babies is indeed a daunting task and calls for a lot of patience and understanding.

Parenting advice can be given by anybody but the advice may not be right in all situations as it differs from child to child.  When the babies are nurtured by good parenting techniques imbued with care and love, he will transform into a good toddler and later on a good kid.
